1. How can I pay when I buy online?
It is very important you get in touch with us before settling your payment to verify that the item you are going to purchase is available and to know shipping costs.

2. Do your prices include VAT?

Prices published on our website include 20% VAT tax. Shipping rates with international couriers outside the European Community are to be calculated without the VAT tax (price :1.20). Items will be delivered with fiscal receipt or invoice.

3. Can EU citizens buy items without paying VAT tax?

5. How long does it take to receive the goods?
Shipping with the Poste Italiane (Italian mail service) usually takes:

  • 3 to 5 days within the Italian territory;
  • 7 to 10 days within the European community;
  • 10 to 15 days for the rest of the world.

International couriers normally need:

  • 2 to 3 days within the Italian territory;
  • 3 to 5 days within the European community;
  • 7 days for the rest of the world.

6. What about the right of withdrawal?
You have the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Italian law, within 10 days from receiving the goods.
Within 10 days from the delivery of the parcel, the customer will have to provide: a written and signed letter, sent by registered mail to: Eco-logica snc Via San Zanobi, 120R 50129 Firenze Italia. What should I do when I receive a parcel?
When the courier delivers the parcel, we suggest that you check the following:

10. HOW DIFFICULT IS THE CHIANTI BIKE TOUR?
The Chianti tour not very difficult, but We recommend to be in good
physical condition, and we also suggest to have some bike-riding experience.
Anyway, the pace of the tour is very relaxed and during our trip there are
several stops to admire the beutiful Tuscan countryside, to rest and relax.


11. DO I NEED TO BOOK THE BIKE TOUR IN ADVANCE? HOW OFTEN DO THE TOURS RUN?
We suggest to reserve in advance, as our groups are usually fairly small
(10/12 people).The Chianti tour runs every day, if weather conditions are good.


12. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE BIKE RENTAL FEE?
Included in the rental fee are: lock, waterbottle, helmet, patch kit, pump,
liability insurance, maps for self guided tours.
No theft insurance is available.


13. DO I NEED TO RESERVE A BIKE AHEAD?
We suggest to reserve bikes in advance, so the right bike for you is
guaranteed. When you reserve a bike please let us have your height and
inseam.


14. WHAT DO I NEED TO HIRE A SCOOTER?
We strongly suggest you have prior driving experience on motorcycles or
scooters. We suggest not to rent a scooter if you are a beginner.
Credit cards are required (Amex, Mastercard, Visa).
A valid drivers' license is also required and a scooter or a bike can be
hired only if you are over 18.


15. AND WHAT DO YOU PROVIDE WITH SCOOTER RENTAL?
Liability insurance, helmet/s and unlimited mileage are included in the rental cost


16. CAN I USE A CREDIT CARD AT YOUR SHOP?
We accept all main credit cards. No extra charge for payment through credit
card.
